After weeks and months of going to physical therapy to rehab a pulled hamstring Jonny was cleared to play again. First scrimmage back guess what? He pulled it again. Right back to not playing. All that time spent and he was no better off. It was incredibly frustrating and he was running out of time. I am a practicing chiropractor for 24 years. I recently took my daughter to Dr. Powicki to have her ankle assessed and rehabbed. She is a competitive gymnast and has been battling a reoccurring injury. Dr. Powicki immediately isolated the issue through a comprehensive history and evaluation. Myself and my family have been seeing Mark for about 20 years now. My mom was the first to see Mark sighting problems with her feet, knees and lower back. Due to Marks incredible knowledge and dedication to making time for patients and making custom orthotics my mom was able to heal from these issues being left pain free and with correct posture. I am a marathon runner today because of Mark. When I set the goal to run my first marathon 3 years ago, knee pain kept me from making any run longer than 6 miles without having to walk. On my first visit, I expected him to say I had a serious knee problem. I was surprised when he assessed my gait and told me my problem was not my knee, but my biomechanics.
