Dr. Paula Marella offered great care from start to finish. She explained my surgery, let me know what to expect and answered all my questions. There were no surprises and all went as she described. All of my office visits were on time, never having to wait and she worked with my rather difficult schedule for scheduling the date of my actual surgery.

Dr. Marella is an outstanding professional, skilled surgeon, and a very kind, caring person. I truly appreciate her taking the time to explain everything to me the first time I met her. She gained all my trust and did not let me down. Dr. Marella listened to my concerns and understood my fear from the surgery. She operated on my foot in February 2021 (bunion surgery & arthritic joint repair). After completing a couple of months of physical therapy and adhering to all Dr. Marella’s post-op care advice, I am completely pain-free, can walk, hike, run, and ski. My quality of life has improved drastically. I highly recommend Dr. Marella and her amazing team to anyone who is in need of podiatric care.

Very rude. Called 6 or 7 times just to try to get an appointment over a span of weeks. Only got through 3 times. First time they said they're closing soon and I’d have to call back (she was nice though). Second time the lady just said I’ll let them know you called and call you back like what? And they never even called back.... and 3rd and last time the lady finally takes all my info just to be like oh we don't take your insurance which is fine, but she answered the phone grumpy and then when I go to ask a question after she told me they don't take my insurance she just hangups mid sentence. Ok. I’m glad they don't take my insurance I wouldn't want to go there anyways. Just rude and hard to get a hold of. Not friendly and very hard to reach.

Dr. Marella is a very compassionate Dr. She has great bedside manner and answers all your question that you may have in a way that you will understand. She is an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend her if you have foot problems.

Thanks to one of the doctors assistants here my whole ankle will be messed up for the rest of my life and I will not be able to pursue my dreams/ career. I was misdiagnosed with my broken ankle three times between 13 years old to 17 years old. I have been trying to work lately and I can't even stand for a long period of time. My feet hurt so bad that I scream every single night and my service dog tries to comfort me. It even hurts her to see me in pain. If you want to be diagnosed correctly then don't go here. You'll regret it your whole life if you do...😔
