Mike is extremely nice, very very knowledgable and is the reason i come here. This place is lucky to have a such a geeat employee, whoever hired him did a great job.

Everyone that works here is great! I walk through the door and I’m greeted like family. They all know I’m picky and yet still gives me top tier customer service EVERY TIME! With the new ones, it’s nothing to break them in either LOL. Over all I’ve been solely dedicated to this little spot for 4yrs now just bc of how great you’re treated and the BEST prices for quality. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Help is always awesome and they have no problem showings you the less expensive stuff that is just as good .

I have been buying from this store in the past for a while and then went to a competitor because of a better deal. I came back because of the past good experiences and Potzone always have the product I want, in stock versus the competitor always out of stock. I rather pay a little more to get it always, and they are closer to me. Now the reason for only two stars. I went in to get my normal product and they had it as usual. It was on sale for a long time on the day I always visited, but this day there was no sale discount. The budtender says it's not on sale this day anymore. So I asked if I had any points on my account for a discount. I did, 20%. So I said I will take that. As he was ringing it up, he slips me the weekly discount flyer. Best prices and people in town. Always find a way to make my money go as far as I need it to. Always helpful and friendly. Very so in town has basically the same stock, but the people here make it worth my drive clear across town, every time
