I’ve been going to Joseph Potvin for 18 years. I’ve been waiting for phase 2 to begin so I could call for an appointment. I had been waiting since the end of March to get in because we were in Quarantine. I called this morning to see about getting in because I have had a loose wisdom tooth since the beginning of quarantine. They asked if I was a patient and what I needed. They promptly told me that they couldn’t get me in for a few months and that I would have to try and see if I can get in with another dentist! I said well who do you recommend, well she couldn’t say! I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in this office loyalty and dedicated patients apparently isn’t what they are looking for. I have read the reviews and thought how out of character for Potvin and Potvin until this morning. I have been waiting over two months for this appt and it happened to fall during an ice and snow storm. I left work in Boston Ma yesterday to make it here and due to a break down and multiple accidents I wasn't off I 90 until 6 am. My appt was for 11 am and I live 40 mins away, when the roads are good. I pulled in at 11 20 am and they canceled my appt and said I can re schedule for April. Now they had already called me this morning and asked if I could come earlier because they had cancelations. I explained my situation and was met with no compassion.They said they were" booked solid". The parking lot was empty and there was no one in the waiting room. I have been coming here for quite some

Great dentists both Dr Joe and Mitch! I've been a patient for more than 10 years and bring all 4 of my kids to them. The staff, hygentists and dentists are great with kids!

I had a fear of the dentist....Mitch Potvin made it so I wasn't scared, I was comfortable and no longer afraid to get my teeth taken care of. He does great work, the office staff is courteous and everyone who works here is amazing. I love going to the dentist.....something you dont hear many people say 😊
