In December, I needed meds compounded in liquid form urgently. My pup wouldn’t eat or take anything down. Potters House was able to compound the doses needed with Bacon flavor. I appreciated the Pharmacist who took the time to address my questions and needs on the phone. I lost my sweet girl at the end of December, but I would definitely use Potters House again in the future for compounded medications.

You always provide the best services. I just realized today though I wanted to find a Metagenics product and it’s so dark in that area. I couldn’t see any of the labels even with my glasses on and the girl behind the counter didn’t know anything about them.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while, and they used to be very organized, but my most recent experience was frustrating. I left a voicemail to renew my prescription, but they later said they never received it. After waiting three days with no reply, I called them directly. By then it was too late to have the prescription ready before my vacation. When I returned, I found out it hadn’t been filled because I hadn’t paid for it online..to be fair, they had sent a text, but I didn’t see it while traveling. I paid as soon as I got back and was told it would be ready Friday. Since I was out of my medication, I called Friday and no one answered so I left a message…A few hours later, they called back to say there was a system glitch, and now it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday.
