I really wanted to like this pharmacy and support a local business, but unfortunately, my experience made it difficult to continue here. The system itself is excellent — I appreciated the auto-fill options, timely notifications, and transparent pricing when prescriptions were ready. However, we encountered some challenges in our interactions with the pharmacist that ultimately led us to transfer our prescriptions elsewhere. We explained our situation multiple times regarding the prescribed medications, but it often felt as though our explanations weren’t fully understood or remembered. The repeated questioning and unsolicited lectures about medication risks came across as judgmental rather than supportive. I absolutely respect that pharmacists play a crucial role in ensuring medications

The pharmacist filled my prescription quickly and was very kind. Even without the GoodRx coupon, the price was 1/2 that of the big pharma companies. Support small business!!!

Dr. Seremet provides the true definition of comprehensive pharmaceutical care. My wife and I have been going to Potomac Care Pharmacy since moving to North Potomac. Dr. Seremet always provides sound pharmaceutical guidance, and helps us navigate insurance/medication questions with patience and kindness. I can't recall ever experiencing a wait time, and the store has a good selection of vitamins, supplements, and OTC medications. We will not be going back to a big chain pharmacy as long as Dr. Seremet is in the area. If she ever decided to retire or relocate, North Potomac would lose a very special small business.

Finally, a great, conveniently located, independent pharmacy near me. Such a relief after dealing with CVS. The pharmacist is intelligent, responsive and knowledgeable. She always kindly explains the details of your medications and how to take them. She takes the time to answer any questions. This is what a pharmacy should be and rarely is. I am so pleased with Potomac Care.
