Dr. Sonne & the staff took great care of my 12 year old daughter when we arrived, uncertain if her wrist was broken. He took care of the arm and gave us instructions to make sure we got to the orthopedic doctor who indeed gave her a cast and completed her care. The entire experience was kind & supportive. Highly recommend using this facility & their care givers.

I went there for the first time today and was taken in immediately to a room. I was attended to by a wonderful nurse, a resident and Dr. Everyone was professional and kind and got me through treatment very quickly. I had all the tests I needed and was discharged in under three hours. I can’t say enough about your facility. I would not hesitate to go there again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to everyone.10 stars!

This week I had brought my five year old and ten month old and also my husband we were placed with a very kind loving nurse Stephanie her name was she was so wonderful to us all Especially my two children were super sick and are antisocial usually to anyone they don’t know but she made them feel super comfortable gave them both a lobster stuff animal to make them feel more comfortable there they loved Stephanie so did I and my husband thought she was just a great person overall besides her profession as a nurse if I could give her more than a five star she get it she was such a loving down to earth person and a great nurse we need more people like her in the world that actually truly cares about people thank you so much Stephanie for the love u gave us all

Stephanie the nurse that we had from there was absolutely wonderful to my two children and I and also my wife we loved her she was super caring gave my two kids a lobster stuff animal for comfort we were there prior two weeks before this visit and didn’t have the same nurse love and care like Stephanie went beyond her love and care for us and just want people to know she is very much appreciated for her sincere care and love to treat patients thanks Stephanie

The costs are outrageous, as others have said. I will never go here again. Their billing department is a problem. One time they billed my insurance with the wrong codes for a routine yearly blood test (cholesterol etc) and charged me over $850, and would not work with me to correct the wrong codes sent to my insurance. And they charged us over $4,000 for a 2 hour stay when my child had pneumonia. The doctor knew within 5 minutes what the issue was, but ordered so many tests. I don't mind paying my fair share, but I could not keep up with all the various bills that came in. Look up the NPR story - be warned!
