Family Dental of Seabrook

I went to this office two times. My insurance through work that I pay into gives me three routine cleanings a year and this provider is in network. The first visit went fine and they billed my insurance correctly and I simply paid my copay there, insurance covered it, and I was out. On my second visit, a little over six months later, this office did not bill my insurance (the exact same insurance) correctly. (Also there was no dentist in the office that day, which seemed odd). After, when I called the office staffer to address the issue, the staffer said they would rebill the insurance correctly. After some time, the error was still not billed correctly. From there, I went back and forth between calling my insurance and the office and neither seemed interested in helping me get my routine

I’m having a lot of work done and it’s been a long time coming. The dr and staff have worked hard to made sure I understand what’s going on my teeth look amazing!! and I’m comfortable smiling again. It's convenient and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend

All the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Jeff and Dr. Shah explained each step and their findings, They provided excellent care. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had a good experience here, front desk man is very nice and helpful, techs & dentist are kind and make sure you are comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 17 years so my teeth were in rough shape, tech did an excellent job cleaning my teeth & was patient getting my xrays as that was a struggle for me. Scheduling is great they’ve had availability so I don’t have to wait months.

For someone who has major anxiety about going to the dentist, this office was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and made us feel genuinely cared for. As new patients, it wasn’t just “all about teeth” — they actually took the time to get to know us and showed real interest in our family. I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. Thank you so much for such a positive experience. I believe my hygienist was Alyssa — she is an absolute rockstar, and I’ve already requested to see her again next time!
