My family and I are very thankful for the Admission meeting at Portsmouth Health and Rehab. Having the chance to meet the different staff and departments was very warming and extremely helpful. The person being admitted was my stepdad, and we truly felt supported from the start. A special thank you to Miss Jessica, the Director of Social Services, who was very informative in explaining what to expect both during his stay and when preparing for discharge home. The time and attention given made the whole process much smoother for our family, and we truly appreciate it.
