5 STAR FACILITY AND STAFF!!!! My family member couldn't of have gone to a better facility. Caring nurses, great atmosphere, and amazing leadership. The D.O.N Ms Robinson was always available to answer any questions that i had, which eased my mind. Thank you to all of the dedicated employees at this facility. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Portside Health and Rehabilitation Center. The employees there are truly wonderful and committed professionals. I commend the nurses, CNAs and therapists for providing my family member with timely, considerate, trustworthy care. I also want to express my gratitude to Chiante (Assistant Director) and Destiny (Director) for their unwaivering support throughout my family member's stay at portside. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with kindness, tolerance and respect.

As a Chaplain who regularly visits this facility, I have been deeply impressed by the compassion and dedication of the staff. The staff were welcoming and greeted me as I traveled through the building Portside Health and Rehab has shown major improvement. The facility had a nice clean environment. I observed residents actively engaged in the dining hall, which is wonderful to see. The administrator is attentive and communicative, always willing to collaborate to meet each resident’s individual needs. The Social Services department is outstanding Jordan and Tawana, always takes the time to acknowledge my visit and discuss current or upcoming discharge needs to ensure families are aware of available services.
