I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic! Dr Stevens is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly explain my cat’s condition and treatment options, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her staff was just as amazing — kind, welcoming, and so sweet to my cat. You can truly feel how much they care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!

Everyone there, from the doctors, to the assistants, have been so incredibly kind, understanding, informative, patient, caring, attentive, descriptive, and take the time to explain what is needed for you to know how to give your babies the very best life that they deserve. They aren't judgemental in the slightest, and will tell you what you need to do to get the help you care for your furchildren. I am so grateful to each and everyone of them and all they have done. I hope to establish a good relationship with them with my kitten, Maggie, and even considering transferring my elderly baby, Sasumi, to them. The building is put together and well designed for a veterinary clinic's needs, and they even have furbabies on-site that will come greet you! Toast is a delightful little lady! I highly

I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. I have an extremely hard to handle bulldog and the staff here were able to handle him with no extra sedation and treat his eye ulcer. He had to have multiple visits to check his eye and by the end of his treatment, he didn’t make a peep or fight back. They are very patient, caring, and did an amazing job! Very very competent and I would highly recommend them to take care of anyone’s pets!

So.. we THOUGHT we were in good hands? We are genuinely extremely confused. I brought a stray dog in who had been hit by a car. Came in like "hey, this dog was run over she's bleeding" we were told, and we have the 3 of us witnesses to this: Portland THEMSELVES told us the dog is bleeding because she recently had a litter of puppies, xrays were great just need to wait and let her bleed after the litter of puppies and go see ER vet if needed. TURNS OUT. That is not true at all, and Portland documented as if none of that was ever said. They also emphasized how this dog was just "living on the streets, and matted and flea infested and her nails were over grown" so WE took that seriously, called her old owner on those things when he tried to claim her. It was all incorrect info! We were total

I am very pleased with the services I received at Portland Veterinary Clinic. My fur babies have always been taken care of very well and treated with kindness and love. They have always made my animals comfort their top priority.
