Few staff go out their way for you. But they rest treat you like a sack of potatoes. You lay in your wet depends for hours before getting changed. They have want to be nurses. Doctors don't get back to you for medicine. My insurance company put me here. This morning I asked for pain cream for my left and right shoulder. The nurse Shannon told me no use the doctor didn't order. But I've been told to ask for it. I'm in pain can't move my feet shoulder.

Was there two years ago to rehab the place smelled of urine even though they said they cleaned. They said they deep clean the rooms about every month but you still saw the swipe marks of the rags here and there on the wall. Some of the regular staff was sweet but most of them for there to collect a paycheck

My sister has been here for 10 yrs, I had a couple yrs where I wasnt happy with a few things, but never have I been concerned. They have the normal issues with the call light, but not because people are sitting around, its because they are understaffed. They call me all the time if anything at all happens. My sister is happy as she can be there too.

I am 61 years old man who is dying from bone cancer,I thought it would be a decent place to die but it the worst eazer. The place doesn't take care of you at all they just try to spend your insurance money. I've only been here for 5 days and I'm ready to leave already what a shame. If you are reading this and are the kind of person that stays on top of your family members' care, it will not be enough. This facility has dropped the ball so many times I won't have enough space on the review to write them all. From taking my father's belongings without even asking to my father having to physically call 911 for help because no one came to check on him when he had fallen on the floor with the door closed to his room and no attendant to check on him for hours. All they will do here is continue to apologize for every mistake and do very little to change the situation.
