BothDrs Flanigan and Maisak were excellent: personable (in different styles) and highly competent. The staff was superb too: from Betty, who is ushered me into the exam room each time, to the receptionists who checked me in, and out.

I had a great experience with Dr Long. She listened, answered questions, provided appropriate care, and left me feeling an end was in sight to the pain I experience. The facility is clean and attractive. The receptionist and technician were welcoming and caring.

Dr. Long is friendly, professional and listens to what you have to say. The office staff is also very friendly and willing to work with you. The prep in the surgery center was staffed with great people. They put you at ease and explain everything. The surgery went well. Someone was always available to talk with you if you had any questions or concerns. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PF&A or Dr. Long.
