They don't answer the phone 9 out of 10 times. If they do answer the phone, they will PROMPTLY tell you that they're not accepting new patients unless you have a referral. When you get a referral, the kind, competent young person on the phone will pretend they never got it.

The best dermatologist in Florida. I travel from Lakeland Fl. to see him. He was the only doctor that was able to removed my dark spots. And it took less than 3weeks. Love you Dr Porter. You are the best!

Extremely disappointed with the practice. My husband has been a patient with Dr. Porter since he was a child. Recently we needed Dr. Porter more than ever and the office was nearly impossible to get in contact with. When my husband finally got in contact with the office they scheduled him an appointment months out after Dr. Porter told us all we had to do was call to get back in immediately especially knowing the severity of my husbands condition. My husband had to show up in person to get in contact with the front desk and they blew him off saying that they would put him on a cancellation list if anything came up sooner. We could not wait any longer so we were able to see another dermatologist immediately and they helped us.
