Receptionist and nurses and all Doctors are professional and highly skilled, friendly, compassionate, and show care and genuine ❤️ 😀 💙 Empathy. I was very sick upon arriving to the facility. The staff were absolutely Amazing! My provider Stella was the best ever. She went above and beyond to make sure I lfelt better before I left and I most definitely did. She was very thorough with resolving my issues and clearly diagnosed me. I couldn’t be more greatful to have her as my Physician. Not to mention 2 weeks prior she treated my daughter who was sick, crying and just non compliant. She comforted her and assured her that she will get her back to school as soon as possible! I only wish our healthcare world exist of more people like Stella and her staff! Keep up the Great work!! It is greatly appreciated!!

We took our son here on Saturday 1/31/26 he had busted his eye lid on the counter top they told us he was the perfect candidate for glue and glued it! Come Sunday it was wide open and we couldn’t get it to stop bleeding! We took our son to the er where it took several minutes to get the clumped up glue out. To find out he should’ve been given stitches and it was open down to the muscle. After seeing a plastic surgeon and getting put to sleep and getting 8 stitches our son now has to follow up with a plastic surgeon team. Honestly if your staff doesn’t feel comfortable doing something they should refer us somewhere else not just do something and charge us!! This is so disheartening that your staff felt like glue would work when our son need 8 stitches! Do better!!! Especially when it comes

I've been to a couple of MedFasts but this one is definitely the best. Started off meeting Frank who couldn't have been any nicer or more compassionate. The provider Stella was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with me. Next time I need a walk in clinic I know where I'll be going!

Many years ago I went to the med fast at psj parkway and multiple times had the worst experience ever. However, today I decided to try the new one on us1 and let me tell you totally different experience. The Dr cared about my injury took the time to ensure what I needed and could not have been pre seamless experience. Even so much she sent me to Titusville for an xray set up the appointment and I walked in and out in under 10 min. I will be going back.
