Pediatric Associates Port St. John

Always a pleasure bringing my boys here. I thought my insurance wasn't covered anymore. However, happily pleased that was a mistake. My boys have gone here since birth. Ages 18, 17 and 11. They've seen the same doctors and also a couple that joined over the years. Always satisfied with their kind treatment and experience. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to take their kids here. Thank you for keeping my kids healthy! It's hard to say one doctor is better than the other. They are all equally great!! Dr. Ramon has seen my boys grow up. He cared for them at the hospital and with a genle touch. He will always and forever be in our hearts. Thank you!!

My son saw Heather on Thursday, September 11. She is always attentive, thorough, and incredibly kind. Pediatricians must have these qualities when working with children, and Heather consistently goes above and beyond. My daughter has been coming to this office since birth—she is now 22 years old. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing pediatrician throughout all these years. We will always recommend to family and friends!

I enjoyed the visit with Dr. Vargas. She does a great job getting our needs met. I don't have anything nice to say about the automated phone system! So annoying. Very difficult to schedule a couple days away with the Doctor I wanted at the location I wanted. Tried several times, had to talk to a receptionist.

The new “owners” have ruined the experience of a hometown doctor that this office has had for at least 40 years. I went to this practice, my children went to this practice and now my grandchild. The only reason we’re still here is the physicians and NPs and the inconvenience of switching! Dr. Erb is probably rolling in his grave at disgust! The whole process from making an appointment to most of the front office staff. The appointments seem to take 2x as long as well!

My new pediatrician requested my daughter's records September 4th and still doesn't have them. When I call, I get someone in India who wants me to pay to have them emailed to me. At first she said she didn't see a request but after I told her I know it was sent, she changed her tune. They essentially hold your child's records hostage until you pay them for it. Meanwhile a child cant get a doctor appointment, her medication, and IEP for school because the doctor needs her files. This place is unethical, find anywhere else to take your kids.
