Port is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the entire staff. They treat residents with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect, and it shows in every interaction. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which brings so much peace of mind to families. The nurses, therapists, and support staff go above and beyond to ensure excellent care and comfort. I am beyond grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional skilled nursing care.

The overall experience is really good, and we believe relative to other nursing homes Port is one of the best. With that said I do believe Port face is staffing issues. My mom frequently peace her bed in the mornings because people aren’t available to help her. With that said she doesn’t allow for much notice either so I understand that. All in all you have some really great caring and nurturing nurses on staff.

I'm very happy to share how Port Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center have been caring for my mom Joanne short term while she regains her strength and mobility from a recent illness. My mom loves the care Port has provided and they love her. Both of us have been relieved to know she is in the best of hands and feels safe and secure in her surroundings. Everyone involved in my brother's care was great. When he needed extra help for additional services like medical equipment or tapping outside Mass Health services, they were right on it. There job is a tough job at times. They always did their best.

Do not bring your loved one here. My elderly dad was a patient for several months. I honestly don't know where to begin. His clearly labeled walker, which we bought ourselves, was "misplaced." When told to staff, no apology was made or offer to search for it. A cheaper, flimsy one was offered to us instead. My dad was very tall and when staff was told it wasn't even appropriately sized, they said to "try it and if it doesn't work, tell us." His blanket from home, that was his dead wife's and had a name on it, that he took to dialysis, also went missing. No apology, just cheaply replaced. More concerning was, when we visited around lunch time, breakfast AND DINNER trays from literally 18 hours earlier were sitting out. Multiple times. In summer.
