Don’t like being taken advantage of and walked out after my $60 visit turned into $700+. I went in to have a perfectly good crown re-adhered. However, when the doctor walked in, he was only interested in turning on his “3-D printer” crown printer and selling me a brand new $700 crown! I could understand making a new one if mine was cracked or broken, but he actually put it on my tooth and it fit fine. He then pulled it off and told me he couldn’t use it. Then proceeded to try to have his sales person sell me a new $700 one. Don’t be gullible get up and walk out. Instead of building good client relations and future business he showed himself a charlatan.

If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else, I strongly recommend that you do. My family and I have been patients here for several years, and we are finally making the decision to leave. Unfortunately, our experience has consistently been disappointing. Appointments regularly run about an hour behind schedule. We’ve also had concerns about students from DBCC assisting without what appeared to be proper supervision. The bedside manner and communication have been poor, and we often feel like our concerns are dismissed rather than addressed. My husband’s crown has repeatedly fallen off, and his root canal was not done correctly, which has caused ongoing issues. On top of that, we were overcharged and our insurance was double billed. I’ve always been nervous to go to the dentist, ever since I was a child, and really if I can avoid going I’ll do it. I always get so nervous, and my previous experiences have been terrible at various Aspen Dental locations. I literally will brush, floss, do whatever I can to avoid the dentist. Doctor Song, Elena, Chelsea stayed late on a Saturday just to make sure that I didn’t live in pain anymore. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and set me home with a positive outcome and mindset. The whole office has compassion and empathy. Due to insurance, I had to find a dentist after having the same one for 20 plus years. I was having pain in my mouth and needed to get it addressed. Of course like a lot of people going to a new dental office where you’re unfamiliar with the dentist and staff is uncomfortable. I have had some bad dental experiences in the past. Well I was pleasantly surprised and blessed going to this facility! Everyone was so friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable.
