Port City Pharmacy

After being with a franchise for a long time I was SO happy Port City was recommended to me. I wasn’t familiar with them because I live in another county but they are such an amazing staff. I never have to worry if they’ve done something on their end. Often times I will message them or call because I typically come every month around the same time & Jailund (I think I spelled it wrong sorry I should know by now) was a name I heard before I ever met or spoke with him. He is usually the one who helps me, & not to forget Nelson & Katlyn! They are also two of my other favorites. I work in medical myself so I know how stressful it can be, and people count on the staff A LOT! Having them to rely on makes it so worth it! Thank you for all you all do for me!!!!

Port City Pharmacy is the absolute BEST Pharmacy 💯 I've EVER used in my 50+ years. I am a chronic pain patient with other unique medical conditions 😩. I require meds that aren't normally carried on hand at most every pharmacy I've been to ESPECIALLY since I moved down here from VA, just outside of DC 😲. However, Port City Pharmacy has even the best pharmacies in Northern VA beat!!! 👏👏 Rish, the owner, has ALWAYS gone out of his way to get & keep in stock all of the meds I need 💊💊! They have OVERNIGHT delivery via UPS for FREE but, on more than 1 occasion, the employees have delivered my meds TO MY DOOR THE SAME DAY!!! 😲 UBELIEVABLE customer service!👌👌 Rish has dropped some off himself a few times (at least 5+ times in the last few years! 🙏🙏🙏🦃🦃🦃Where else are you going to get that kind o

I have received nothing but phenomenal support and help with this pharmacy. 10/10 recommended switching pharmacies to them. Great people that are kind and patient. Great communication. Nelson and Aiden are so kind and helpful.

The gentleman who usually helps me with my medications is Jailun, and I’ve never had any issues with my refills until this time. Somehow the courier made a mistake and my package ended up in a different state, not the pharmacy’s fault at all, since they shipped it promptly. The package was due yesterday but never arrived. I came to Raleigh this morning and will be leaving Friday evening back to Wilmington before heading out of state, so not knowing if I’d have my medication in time was extremely stressful. I contacted Port City Pharmacy and Carly quickly figured out what happened. They had my medication sent back and even offered to have it refilled so I could pick it up today.
