Port City Ortho - Shipyard

I haven't been here since Dr. Richardson retired and it is now Port City Ortho and I had a great experience and was happy to see two of the same familiar and friendly faces that worked for Dr. Richardson years ago. They are both so sweet and personable and so happy they're with the new company too!

My daughter has been a patient of Port City Ortho for several years. They were so helpful and supportive in checking her progress through the years until she had all her permanent teeth and was ready for braces. When she was ready for braces, they took time to explain the various payments options in a thorough and transparent manner. The day she had her braces first applied, they were patient and informative with her and explained the care she would need to take with her dental hygiene to avoid ill effects of the braces (potential staining or cavities if not flossing). I had my braces done by Dr. Richardson over 10 years ago, and I’m still very happy with my results. Not only did he give me a nice smile, but his care didn’t end when my treatment was over. All these years later, I needed a replacement retainer as mine old one broke, and he’s still willing to care for me, which shows his dedication to life-long smiles. His expertise and warm, professional approach made every visit enjoyable, and my experience was so positive that my little brother is now his patient as well.
