Pooles Pharmacy

Love this local pharmacy with a small-town feel. My family has been going to them for over 10 years now and we highly recommend.

As a patient whose being using this pharmacy for at least the last 6 months who usually has great customer service seems as if they have a new pharmacy technician with no customer service on top of being overall nasty and rude she hung up on me Transferring my sons medication immediately taking my money else where I refuse to receive poor service like I’m getting something free I was informed the compounding pharmacist only comes in only a few days a week which I did not know and you need to call 7 days a head for a refill since when she’s horrible

Pharmacy Technician with pink/blonde hair does not have good customer service just wait on the other girls or try another pharmacy she made me think I was at CVS for a minute

This place is always a damn hassle. They forget meds every month and I have to pick up the pieces. The young college students don't know anything and add to the mess ups. Now they claim they don't have a payment card on file....AGAIN! How many times do you need it for it to save in y'all's system? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm moving all my stuff over to Kroger. Pretty sad when I pharmacy can't even pharma...

This pharmacy is wonderful. Excellent customer service is the first thing that comes to mind. They are always willing to help my family when a prescription is needed. So happy that they are in our area. I had an insurance issue with our family insurance and they resolved it in about day. This is the kind of place that we will be doing business with for a long time to come! Thank you Poole’s!!!
