Both my wife and oldest son have seen Dr Dickerson for oral surgery. We have been in there several times for my wife and every experience has been a great one. Dr Dickerson is very patient and courteous. He takes time to explain everything and follows up after the surgery to make sure everything is ok. We will always choose Ponchartrain Oral Surgery, they are simply the best.

I am 30 and went in to get four erupted wisdom teeth removed finally after many years of putting it off. I'm a little over a week out from surgery and couldn't be happier with my experience. I've had minimal pain (even a couple days post-op I was feeling mostly comfortable and normal), the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and Dr. Dickerson did a great job going over pre- and post-op instructions. They saw me yesterday for a follow up about a minor concern of mine at no additional cost. I'm really glad I finally got this taken care of.

7 years ago, Dr. Dickerson pulled my impacted wisdom tooth and after having severe dental pain and seeing 2 other dentist I was referred back to him. Dr. Dickerson was able to not only rule out my dental issues, but he recognized a rare Neurological disorder that was causing my issue. He went above in beyond in calling the neurosurgeon for me and also calling me off his personal cellphone to give me the neurosurgeon's information. I have been to both a neurologist and a neurosurgeon and both said that by the time they see patients with my condition, they've already had several teeth pulled by dentist who don't recognize that it's a Neurological problem that mimics a dental problem. I highly recommend Dr. Dickerson. He was knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. I had my wisdom teeth removed in early January and the procedure was quick and my recovery went smoothly. He made sure to answer all my questions before and after and made sure I had everything I needed for the recovery process. Dr. Dickerson truly cares about his patients and does a great job.
