Ponderosa Dental Group

I wish I would have found this office years ago after going through dentist after dentist and not receiving the treatment needed for my elderly mother. Very professional yet friendly and helpful from Summer and her front office staff to the techs, assistants, hygienist and Dr. Lee is amazing at his job! They have transformed my mothers life, self esteem and general health with the dental treatments she received.

Horrible customer service. My teenage daughter got her Moellers surgically removed we paid a substantial price which is ok. What isn’t ok is after 4 weeks she’s been in a lot of pain and I asked them if they could see her to check to make sure there isn’t an infection and they told me I had to go to her primary dentist. I asked why they couldn’t see her because they worked on her… but they said they would have to establish her as a patient and do X Rays… so your telling me she’s an established patient for surgery but your team is not willing to see her after the surgery when she’s in pain and has a possible infection…. I told my local dentist to see if I was overreacting and they were also bewildered and couldn’t understand how someone would do surgery and then could not provide a follow

The staff is amazing! Very friendly & accommodating. Also very knowledgeable. I had a root canal & also a deep cleaning. The Doctors were very gentle with them needles!!!!!! For such a stressful event, my experience was amazing.

Decent facility, but avoid Dr jack I Ching Lee! His hate filled political rhetoric is out of control. We've also found him posting passive aggressive political comments about local figures on social media. He's a huge deficit to your company and the community in whole. Our family will not be returning, and your family should avoid this place like the plague!

From the moment I stepped into Ponderosa dental office as a new patient I I felt a good vibe. The receptionists were professional and kind. I know it's oximoronic to say dentistry is painless, but Ponderosa dental group has proven this myth to be not real.
