I called at 12:49pm on 1/3/24 about my flu and cold like symptoms, and they said they would transfer me. The phone rang five times, someone picked it up, and put it back down. 10/10 would never bring their family or loved ones here for service, seeing as how they turn people who need medical care away. Here’s the proof, the phone call wasn’t longer than 60 seconds. If you guys aren’t gonna help people, maybe you should just shut it down. Also, if anybody at Ponca reads this, do NOT expect a reply, and do NOT expect me to respond so you can “clarify” or try to “explain away the problem.” My review is staying right here for everybody in the state to see.
