Pollina Pharmacy

I was reading some of these reviews and for the majority of them they were very good and positive. As for the negative reviews, I disagree with what these people are saying. This establishment practices the utmost respect and professionalism to all of its customers. To say they are racist is absurd. And to those that were complaining about the staff they are clearly not regular customers. I have been coming to this pharmacy for 7 plus years and every time I go to this pharmacy it has always been a positive experience. The staff is always very helpful with all my medications and they always give me a call whenever there is a problem with my refills which is always followed up with a call to the doctors office. I would recommend this pharmacy over a big chain store any day.

What a kind, warming and friendly pharmacy. Everyone is beyond helpful, they really do take care of their customers. On top of the incredible loving care by the staff, the actual pharmacy is beautiful, fully stocked and you can even find some cool decor for your home!

Horrible customer service Assumes that there is a PA when they dont run the claim. Tells patient that it wasn't done and tells patients to pay of pocket when there is a PA on file. Stay away

Nick the owner is a caring pharmacist. They go out of their way to assist me with my meds. It’s great to walk in and not deal with these chain pharmacies and all those long lines. Go to Pollina you will be happy.

Great local pharmacy. So much better than Walgreens or cvs. You can actually speak to someone on the phone easily
