Staff on all levels were helpful & pleasant. Hannah was easy to talk to & she explained things completely without ever talking down to the patient. She & everyone else make you feel comfortable about being there & that your going there was not in vain. You come away feeling positive which is amazing. Thank you ! LKW

Kind staff and office personnel! Hannah was thorough and knowledgeable, giving options for my care. Office was easy to find, clean and neat. Much preferred over other Polley locations. I will drive to Wilson to see Hannah every time.

Hannah was very kind, personable, professional and took the time to listen. All the staff there was, also. I chose to drive to Wilson instead of the one in town, on good recommendations about her. Would recommend all to see her for their skin concerns.

I have the opportunity to go to a Polley Clinic closer to me, but I choose to go to the Wilson Office. I choose to go because of the following. First, the atmosphere is so much more comforting. Secondly, it clean and more welcoming. Third and finally, the staff, especially Hannah Downing, are so professional and treat me like I’m not an inconvenience. I wish all your offices were this way. But even if they were, I’d still go there.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Hannah was great, very knowledgeable and personable. She put me at ease right away, explained everything very well, and made sure I understood everything before finishing the visit. I highly recommend this great practice, and Hannah.
