Pollard Family Dentistry of Ames

My family and I have gone to Dr. Pollard for all of our dental care for at least 15 years now. He had worked on 3 generations of family and we would not trust anyone else. He has saved teeth when other wanted to pull them. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his patients health! He is the only dentist we trust and his years of experience shines in his work. Thank you Dr Pollard! Shannon his receptionist is great and makes sure insurance is filed correctly, text message appt reminders, and does a great job. The dental hygienist he employs are fantastic and also care about their patients well being. Outstanding dentist for kids to seniors!

It took Dr. Pollard no more than 10-15 minutes to pull this demon out of my face. A wisdom tooth that was making it impossible for me to eat and enjoy the foods I like. He was very swift with the extraction and now I can live without a constant fish hook in my face. Thank you Mister Pollard.

Have had 2 appointments so far and it's been wonderful! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, Dr. Pollard surprised me when he got straight to work on my teeth even though it was just supposed to be a consult/cleaning visit and I already look like a different person! He also stayed after hours to make it happen. The hygienist was very nice and comforting during my cleaning, and Dr. Pollard pulled a tooth for me today in which I have zero pain even after the medicine wore off! The staff has also come up with a dental plan for me so I know what costs will be when and can accomplish it without any surprises! Would recommend to everyone!

My son just had three teeth pulled and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish! Dr. Pollard was so good at letting my nervous 14 yr old know exactly what he was going to be doing and explained how important after care is. I've been going to Pollard for a few years now. Got a filling and have been visiting regularly for cleanings. They do a pretty good job there and Dr Pollard is a really chill guy. I've almost dozed off during appointments because it's like getting a mouth massage lol
