Polk's Drugs #9

Drove up and turned in RX’s and they called within just a few minutes and volunteered the cash price AND the insurance price, proceeded to give me a choice (gratuitously) and then I specified which. They told me it would be maybe 30 minutes, on a Friday an hour before closing AND IT WAS READY IN JUST A FEW MINUTES!!! They were amazing! They were professional BUT personal at the same time and proceeded to tell me to feel better soon which is never suggested there’s day! I love this place and will probably change all of my scripts to them! Thanks Polks!

I will miss CornerDrugstore in LB. They were very personable. However, I love the care, kindness, professionalism, and medicine knowledge at Polk's #9 Drug Store on Washington Ave, OS, MS. They are very easy to communicate with through the RX app, phone, drive-thru & in-person. An added plus, that I just discovered today is that Polk's #9 is open 7 days a week (M - S). That is rare with local owned pharmacies. All employees at the pharmacy, are quick to help with my pharmacy prescription needs plus reaching out to my physicians for refills if needed. I'm very ecstatic, to have, Polk's #9 taking care of my pharmaceutical needs.

Really nice place to refuel the car and stock up on snacks We always stop in when visiting the Casinos . The friendly employees and nice environment is welcoming. Store is so clean and well stocked. Great price on most items Very easy access in and out to the interstate Highly recommend with 5 star

I am editing my review as A testimony to how absolutely wonderful Polks pharmacy is. I left briefly to another local “discount” pharmacy that was a huge mistake! . Let me tell you, you get what you pay for. The other pharmacy would constantly make me wait days for my medication, hung up on me, insisted I fill multiple medications to get the one I needed most even though I self pay. I decided to go back to polks because of Sylvia , Jessica and all the amazing employees at Polks. I will be switching all my meds to Polks . It means a lot they not only remember you but don’t look down on you like other local pharmacies .Thank you 🙏 to the whole crew including those who work at the gas station checkout. I get my medicine almost daily and they never act like I’m bothering them which is very rare

I have been using this pharmacy for about 7 years and have NEVER had any issues. Jessie is wonderful and so are most of his employees. However, Melissa gives me issues EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there if Jessie is not there. She even started bad talking me in the store with other customers inside. She is rude and very unprofessional. Jessie, I would appreciate a call so that we could talk or I can call on Tuesday which is when they said you will return. Thank you! 01/26/24 Went there again today and to no surprise had problems again. Was told that my profile was “locked” and that they could not fill any of my medicine. Absolutely ridiculous.
