The rep was very nice so nothing against her. The phone system seems outdated. Even though they have called me, the phone tree didn’t pick up my number to verify me. Rather than waiting in queue they pick up and put you back on hold. You would think this day and age there is a level of automation.

This business uses private drivers who show up late at night. I'm already asleep at 21:30 and don't need to be woken up by my doorbell.

Terrible Experience! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this specialty pharmacy. They texted me to collect my information, including the gate code for my complex, and provided a delivery window of 12-5 pm on a specific weekday. I explicitly informed them that I would be unavailable until after 1 pm and made sure they would pass along the directions, including the gate code. See screenshot of text (address and code are blurred out). Despite this, they called me not once, but EIGHT times in a span of just three minutes (using both 424 and 626 numbers). Keep in mind, this wasn't even during my delivery window either. I was in an important meeting where a ringing phone was highly unprofessional. First they didn’t bring me my medicine because they didn’t see I had a new prescription. Then they canceled for whatever reason, then they canceled again and blamed my doctor saying he emailed them to cancel my prescription. After calling my doctors office I found out my doctor NEVER emails the pharmacy only faxes and he did NOT cancel my medication and over two weeks are going by and my eczema is flaring like crazy and I’m miserable because they are having such a hard time delivering my medication. I still don’t have it but hopefully it will be here. It’s dupixent and I’m 90% sure they have delayed so much I need a new starting dose. 😭

Terrible service for a pharmacy. They needed more info from my Dr to fill my prescription. When my doctors office calls to give them info they are sent to a full voicemail box. When I called to tell them that they still transfer you to the full voicemail box. Just ridiculous!
