Doctor Rong is by far the most patient and gentle dentist I’ve ever met. His technique is so skillful that I barely felt the injection at all. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and the reasons behind it, which made me feel very at ease. He also shared a lot of useful tips for maintaining healthy teeth. I highly recommend him, especially if you’re usually nervous about dental visits!

I LOVE Walter Dental! I live in Sylmar, 42 mi. away, and I have no problem with driving to West Covina, because Dr. Rong and his staff are A-MAZING! I always get the best care and nothing but kindness. They are the best!!!

Dr. Walter and his team are absolutely the best! I have been a patient there for about two years. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and have excellent time management skills. The front desk ladies, Karen and Ruby, will greet you with warmth and kindness. They place you in a clean room almost immediately. The teeth cleaning and ex-ray ladies are quick, friendly and detailed. Dr. Walter is the icing on the cake, he is a friendly dentist who wants his patients to have healthy teeth. He will advise his patients what is best for their teeth health- he will not scam you. He takes pictures of your teeth to show you exactly how they look and he will show you on the ex-ray what cavities look like, so the patient can spot them. So I've made the jump to Dr. Rong's practice. Yes I drive close to 50 miles to make it here Am I crazy being that I drive by possibly hundreds of other dentists? Absolutely not. I am so happy to be here among such great people. I always enjoyed Dr. Rong's humor, skill and approach to dentistry. It is what has kept me a client for 16 years. I can now say that I enjoy it all even more. This is his practice, so he's been able to shape it to his style and liking which is amazing. First, the office is so nice and relaxing. Clean and bright.
