They will send your deceased loved ones bill immediately to collections and they don't stop coming at you until it's paid in full.

Billing is a complete fail; billed for meds that are covered by insurance; some meds never submitted to insurance; payments/credits noted on bill in a lumb sum, and in one instance, the credit was added to the balance owed instead of subtracted. Online payment system is archaic - does not allow you to pay partial amount which is actual amount owed; only accepts the amount listed on the invoice which is incorrect most months. Monitoring Polaris charges and invoices is a full-time job; extremely difficult system to navigate and understand, and service assistance is not always as helpful or knowledgeable as expected. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Google says they are open 24/7 Maybe they meant for 7 hours out of 24. 😬
