I was very pleased with the Dr. and her professionalism and overall her exam/service was excellent. I had not seen her in seven years, but she had reviewed my chart as well as the results of other Dr. of Optometry's findings at this Pearle location in the interim years. In addition, the reception person made me feel welcome and made sure I could complete the needed documents, or ask her if I had questions. (I did.) Everyone is different, so forms are not always easy to know how to respond to. It was nice to know that I was welcome to interrupt to get answers. I keep going to this location as the eye exams have always been superior, and it is nice to be treated like a real person.

Such a great experience. Dr. Ludwig was so nice and professional. The woman at the checkout desk saved me money by finding out my insurance covered eye exams! I felt very safe the entire time. I will definitely come back when I need glasses!

I felt every one of my concerns was addressed respectfully and knowledgeably. The doctor was excellent and so were the two assistants, great experience! Now I have to wait 2 weeks for my glasses but they even explained the reason for that wait without me even asking. I love it when they anticipate and eliminate any doubt I may have before I come up with them. Thank you!

We have been going to Dr. Petersen for decades and it is always an excellent experience. Staff is very helpful and attentive (and no one can pick a better frame for your face than Heidi!). It is a great feeling of confidence, knowing that we are getting the BEST eye care available.

I was having severe eye pain and desperately needed to see an eye doctor. I didn’t have an appointment, however I explained my symptoms to the nurse and after she told the doctor about my pain and discomfort, he took the time to squeeze me in the same day. He was so nice and gave me a lot of information about my condition, prescribed much needed medication and I truly felt like he cared about my situation. Thank you for your compassion!
