PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I’ve learned that I should only come here if I truly have no other option. The clinic needs to be much more transparent about wait times. I checked in with my 4-year-old for a walk-in visit and we waited two hours in the waiting area. Had the receptionist been upfront about the expected wait, I would have chosen another clinic. When we were finally called back, we then waited an additional 40 minutes before being seen. We came in for a minor issue, but the length of the wait made the experience extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, every TV in the waiting room was playing Angry Birds. Of all the children’s programming available, this is one of the worst options. They should know that, since their business is working with children. The facility itself is clean and well maintained

I just took my daughter for a fever check up this evening at 9pm. First the urgent care is clean. The receptionist was so welcoming and polite. She told us how you check in and it was an efficient process. The whole process until we saw the doctor took 10 mins. We got in and the nurse and the paediatrician were so kind. She treated my daughter with a smile and the friendliest voice. She was so informative and answered all our questions with patience and detailed manner. Thank you so much for making us feel better

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had since moving to the area, especially when bringing one of my kids. From my initial call—made from my car while trying to find a place to take my son after he thought he’d fractured a toe—to check-in, waiting time, the nurse consultation, the doctor visit, X-rays, and checkout, every step was seamless. My son was taken to a room almost immediately after check-in, and everyone we interacted with showed genuine care and interest in helping him feel better. The staff was attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. This is by far the best place to take your kids when you need urgent care. It was also the only facility open after 8:00 pm in the area, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

We came here on a Sunday morning for our 16-month month old daughter and were seen within minutes of finishing the check-in paperwork. The location is clean, bright, and friendly with kid-friendly decorations. We try to minimize screen time for her and the staff was nice enough to turn off the waiting room TV on request. The nurses were incredibly kind and helpful. They diagnosed her quickly, explained everything well, and prescribed her medicine. (The free Lego kit was also a nice touch.) We had one minor hiccup where they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, but they quickly fixed it after a phone call. Overall, very happy with this clinic, and they helped make a stressful experience much better.

This place is truly AMAZING! They make us feel so welcomed and taken care of. I take both of my kids here for any little thing and I always leave with a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. The location itself is very clean and I love the farm theme that they have all over. I honestly prefer going here rather than their actual pediatrician lol. Best staff ever! Starting from the receptionist all the way to nurses and doctors! I also love how quickly the check in process is. One thousand percent recommend PM pediatric urgent care!
