PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We brought our son Yunus to PM Pediatric Urgent Care yesterday and had a great experience. Brian at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, professional, and efficient. Even though it was a very busy day, he remained positive and patient, which we truly appreciated. The entire staff and doctor were courteous, compassionate, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable despite the high number of patients. We’re very grateful for the excellent care. Thank you to the whole team!

We have been going to PM Pediatrics for years now and have always had a great experience! Staff from receptionist to nurses to doctors are always so welcoming and helpful. Have always been happy with the service and health plan to get the kids back to being healthy! Thanks for supporting parents in difficult times! Love this place!!!

I called ahead and was told that you accept my insurance. I scheduled an appointment and came in as planned. My child had a very high fever (40–41°C / 104–105°F), and I waited for about 3.5 hours before being seen. When it was finally time for our appointment, the front desk staff told me that my insurance was not active and that they could not see us. This was extremely upsetting and frustrating, especially given my child’s condition. It was a Saturday, and I was unable to contact my insurance company because they were closed. As a result, I had no choice but to take my child to the emergency room. If I had been informed correctly from the beginning, I would not have waited 3.5 hours and would have gone straight to the ER instead. The front desk staff were unprofessional and not compet

They were able to get me in last minute and were communicative about running late. I also feel like the doctor did everything she could to provide us with proper support. We were here visiting from out of town so we weren’t able to go to our normal doctor.. but am thankful we found them. There’s a 24/7 hour pharmacy right across the street

I’ve been here twice, once on a slow night and once on a very busy night. On both occasions the staff was friendly, understanding, and took their time. I was very impressed by their professionalism and care. Bonus is that they have animal videos playing throughout the clinic which made the experience easier for my toddler.
