PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Excellent walk in clinic, very friendly doctor and nice staff! I brought my 10 year old son for an X ray, he had a fractured finger and was taken care of in a few minutes. The process very smooth and clinic accepted our health insurance. No problems, no hassle, highly recommended to friends and family.

I had a great experience at PM Pediatrics Nanuet with my daughter. I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the front desk but she was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. Dr. Andre Persaud and Nurse Francheska were amazing and took the time to really address our concerns while giving helpful advice. We were in and out within 20 minutes and left feeling relieved with everything resolved.

When my mother asked the lady to call the insurance company because my son was accompanied by his grandma. She said no. The front desk person should try their best to support families when children are sick it’s already a stressful time

They were so wonderful here. Kathleen was so knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on how to care for our baby. She was very patient and answered all my questions even when I called back later in the day with more concerns. I left feeling like they took my concerns seriously and provided proactive treatment. I’d absolutely recommend this urgent care and would definitely return!

Our daughter woke up with a bad case of pink eye on the Sunday before thanksgiving. The quicker we saw a doctor and got drops the better the week was going to go. They got us in immediately and had a great experience with the doctor. The location is very kid friendly with a TV in every room to help distracting them. We also had a follow up question so I called an hour later and I was able to reach a doctor right away. I didn’t have to wait on hold or leave a message and wait for a call back. The front desk receptionist could be a little nicer especially for a children’s location but everything else was great. I highly recommend going to see them if your pediatrician office is closed.
