My first visit the back staff was phenomenal. Front desk EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIRESPECTFUL! Second visit. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE NO MORE.!! The star in the back this visit was not thorough and felt very quick. Front desk I must say needs a lot of improvement. I know she needs to do her job but communication is KEY at the doctors office. The front desk comes across very rude. As soon as I walked in she asked for my daughters name then she went off that she sent me text messages for consent form and was not signed. I told her nicely you are only sending check in and what time and etc. no paper that is stating any type of consent. Yesterday was one of those off days for me. I brought my daughter in for an injury, feeling drained and overwhelmed. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, which already made a positive first impression. Then we met Nurse Karen, who reminded me how a genuine smile and patience can completely change a person’s day. Even though we weren’t our usual cheerful selves, she met us with calm, understanding, and compassion. My daughter, who’s very perceptive, was treated with warmth and respect as Karen explained each step and asked for her permission. It completely changed her attitude and mine. Took my grandson here this morning. The wait was not too long. The nurse, Cali, was warm, smart and so personable! Spoke beautifully to my grandson. Dr. Boutsikaris came in shortly afterwards and she was so caring and knowledgeable! She also spoke so nicely to my grandson. So nice to know that if my grandchildren become sick in the future while staying with me, we have a terrific office to take them to.

Last night I brought my daughter here because she had been throwing up all day. The nurses were great, very kind and professional. They gave her medication for the nausea and some Gatorade to help her hydrate. The doctor examined her and said she would send a prescription to the 24-hour Walgreens in East Brunswick since it was almost 10 p.m. and everywhere else was already closed. So I went to Walgreens and waited for two hours, only to be told that they never received any prescription. Because the office was already closed, I had no way to call and figure out what happened. I had to wait until the next morning, Thanksgiving, to call. When I finally got through to someone (I’m assuming the receptionist), she was not only rude, but she also couldn’t find my daughter in their system at firs

I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the care my toddler received from Dr. Neil. His bedside manner with my child was absolutely outstanding, and it made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. It is rare to meet doctors who are so clearly passionate about their work and truly invested in their patients’ well-being. You can tell that Dr. Neil loves what he does, and that means so much to families like mine. Thank you again for everything, and please pass along my sincere appreciation to Dr. Neil for his exceptional care.
