Dr. Sheikh truly goes above and beyond for her patients. From the very first visit, she provides dedicated one-on-one care, takes the time to listen, and thoughtfully tailors treatment to each individual’s needs. I came in experiencing severe pain while driving, and after just one session I felt significant and almost immediate relief. Her professionalism, friendliness, expertise, and genuine compassion truly sets her apart from others. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and attentive physical therapist.

I have been coming to Redefine Rehab since last 5 months I was diagnosed with severe Degenerative Disc disease , was evaluated by Neurosurgeon, and was told that Surgery is my last option. I wanted to try PT first , was not able to stand for more then 10 minutes bc of the severe leg pains . After couple of sessions started feeling much better . Now I can stand and work without feeling discomfort . I can say I feel 80% better . I really wants to Thanks the staff and my Physical therapist Rabab for providing Excellent professional services . I can't recommend Redefine Rehab enough. The team here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I came in with a lot of pain in my leg from an injury, to the point where I struggled to walk or stand for long periods. Dr. Rubab and her team were so helpful in easing my pain. They were understanding when I couldn't make an appointment, and the one-on-one, frequent care really helped me get back on my feet. Now I'm pain free, so thankful for the care I received here!

Dr. Rubab has been a fantastic provider. I have made great progress with her and her diligent care. She also has a new PTA, Ajay Sheth, who is excellent. His 30 years of experience show in his manual therapy skills and detailed explanation and guidance in his sessions.

I started a new fitness program, but after a couple of months I developed excruciating pain in my knee and hip. It was so bad, I could not sit down for more than a few minutes at a time. My physician diagnosed me with IT band syndrome and recommended physical therapy. I chose Redefine Rehab for treatment because they are local and had excellent reviews. You better believe they live up to the reputation! Rubab is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and runs a well-organized practiced. She is also personable and has a good sense of humor.
