PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I cannot say enough good things about PM Pediatrics in Livingston. I was there with my daughter yesterday, and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and understanding. The receptionist was wonderful and got us checked in quickly and efficiently. The nurses and doctors were fantastic—so gentle with my daughter and thorough in explaining everything they were doing, which really put her and us at ease. The office itself was pristine and exceptionally clean, which is not always the case in medical settings. I would absolutely, 100% recommend PM Pediatrics in Livingston to any family in need of these services. While I hope we won’t need to return anytime soon, I would not hesitate to come back if we ever need off-hours medical care again.

We have visited this PM Pediatric Urgent Care location several times, and I want to specifically recognize Francess at the front desk. She is consistently professional, kind, and respectful. Every time we arrive, she greets us with a calm and welcoming attitude, handles everything efficiently, and makes what can be a stressful visit feel much easier. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stand out. It’s clear that she cares about patients and families, and her positive attitude makes a real difference. Thank you, Francess 🙏🏻 for always being so pleasant and helpful — you are a wonderful representative of this office.

Firstly, so grateful they were open and available and super pleasant at 9 PM on Saturday! Secondly the registration was smooth and easy. The staff were very friendly. Thirdly, the ambience was very kid- friendly with tropical theme park paintings of oversized animals, which will calm any anxious kid

First-time mom, brought my son in with Croup cough since the pediatrician's office was closed for the weekend. The entire staff was so nice and supportive and made my son feel comfortable during the visit and they answered my questions patiently. We left for home relieved that our son received treatment to help him breathe better. He was finally able to sleep well last night.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my son to PM Pediatrics for a scalp injury. We arrived around 9:20 and they are open until 10. While we were in the exam room the nurse practitioner, who would be treating my son, was LOUDLY complaining outside our room about how we arrived so close to closing. She even went as far to call me "stupid" and made other mocking and condescending comments. When confronted, I received no apology or explanation for these comments. I felt extremely disrespected and the behavior was grossly unprofessional. I will NEVER return and highly do not recommend. I reported my concerns through their feedback form and received no communication back which is also disheartening.
