PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Nice, quick, and easy! We loved how simplistic the process is, from checking in all the way through to receiving care! We were in and out in less than an hour, and our PA assured us everything with our baby was going to be okay! We are grateful to live close by to an urgent care specializing in children.

My son was having some difficulty breathing and just didn’t look right. I ran in panicked since this urgent care is right by my house. The staff was so kind and incredibly helpful. They took us back quickly, and everyone we encountered was amazing. The provider we saw was so patient and took the time to explain everything to me. She was wonderful with my son and immediately put me at ease. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. I am truly so grateful for the care we received.

It was easy to make an appointment online. Checked in and it was less than 5 minutes before we were taken into a room. Our nurse, PA and X-ray tech were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. Environment was spotless! An overall great experience from beginning to end.

Funny they sent me a link asking for a review after waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time just to finish checking in. Appointment times do not mean anything and the front desk was beyond unorganized. They said theirs only one provider on staff, but I’ve seen that as the case most of the time there so I did not appreciate the cheap excuse. If you need a quick test, you’re better off just making CVS minute clinic appointments.
