I went to this LensCrafters on Sunday morning with a broken nose pad on my eyeglasses. I was slightly panicked as I was leaving on vacation in a few days and needed my glasses! The women that greeted me were super friendly and fixed the nose pads free of charge! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will be a repeat customer.

I am not an LC customer. But my private practice Eye Doctor doesn’t repair glasses. Caitlin from LC greeted me w/in 2 minutes of arriving and there were 15 customers w/ other staff. The arm of my glasses broke off a few weeks ago and I bought a spare frame online thinking I could fix it. Nope. Caitlin and her technicians handled the repair for me in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. I’ll be back.

Harold S. provided exceptional service! He expertly repaired and adjusted my Ray-Ban glasses, making them feel brand new. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. The store itself is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is without a doubt the best glasses store in the area. Highly recommended!
