Unfortunately my husband was admitted to 4N and stayed 6 days for care. Well apparently cleanliness is not a priority. Nor of the patients or the rooms and bedding. Really!! When is it acceptable to not clean patients. Or rooms Just let the germs fester. Horrible deplorable conditions. His roommate apparently had pneumonia and although my husband was there for breathing issues was sent home with pneumonia which took three weeks to get him back to health Never ever had problems before. At this hospital. Such a shame care has deteriorated

So happy to write a review for this hospital. I stayed on 3 North from January 17th to the 20th and had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Ordering food actually felt like ordering from a restaurant, and it was really good. Even though the nurses were very busy, they made sure to listen and provide top-notch care, and the other team members were always checking in to help. The teamwork and dedication were impressive. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, as they all deserve recognition for the care that left a lasting impression. Thank you. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. ☮️💜

Lindsey on 2E is exceptional, had some concerns and asked that she come to my mother in laws room to review current test results and doctor updates. She was informative on any questions or concerns our family had. She also provided immediate updates on bloodwork, up coming scans and additional details provided from the doctor during our visit Thank you Lindsey and all other staff for taking such great care of her! rm 238

I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received at Bayshore medical center ED after experiencing two back to back incidents on Thanksgiving morning. Firstly, it did not even look or feel like an emergency room, creating an immediate sense of comfort, but it was the staff who truly made the experience remarkable. The staff who registered me and triage were swift and provided a sense of safety. I was greeted with genuine kindness, compassion, and even a few moments of laughter that helped ease the stress of an unfortunate situation. Despite it being a holiday and understandably busy, I was in and out in under 45 minutes during both visits, treated thoroughly and with sincere warmth. Had just moved to Sayreville when my boyfriend was in immediate need of an ER. I took him here and he ended up being admitted to the hospital and having surgery. The facilities are all clean, not chaotic, and the staff are all very nice. I was happy with his care here. I will use this as our hospital for this area if we need one again.
