PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Changing this to 1 star due to my recent experience with the front desk at this location. This was exactly contrary to what I experienced before at this location. Old Review ; We visited this urgent care for a medical concern, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. From the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor, every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and supportive. Dr. Asma took the time to clearly explain the situation, walked us through the process, and patiently answered all our questions, which really put us at ease. She also provided a clear summary of everything that was done during the visit and outlined the next steps we should take, which was very helpful. We are new to the area and my daughter injured her knee...I found PM pediatric care on Google and was able to make an appointment in the next 15 minutes. When we arrived, the waiting room was empty and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to be seen, have an xray done, and home within 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Have been multiple times with our sick toddler. The wait is always short. The providers are knowledgeable and friendly. Our son isn’t nervous to go there! The medical assistant gave my son legos when we went most recently, he was the happiest boy. Thank you!

This was our second time bringing our daughter to PM Pediatrics and I wish they were our primary pediatricians. I always feel heard and the care they provide is top notch. Every nurse, doctor, NP - heck even the people at the front desk - has been phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my son recently to PM with odd symptoms. Dr. Oates was so patient and supportive but most importantly, took her time to help get to the bottom of what was going on. She’s compassionate and bright. So comforted to have this practice around the corner.
