PM Pediatric Urgent Care (Formerly Night Lite Pediatrics)

Would highly recommend. They were one of the few pediatric urgent care centers around that were actually open when we needed them. The front staff was super nice and helpful and we were seen just minutes after arriving. Our provider, CPNP Jessica Raines, was amazing. She was so sweet with our little one, very thorough before making her diagnosis, and explained everything to us, including signs to look out for just in case our little ones’ condition worsened. We feel relieved to know we now have a place we can go if anything comes up again. We really felt at ease with our provider and learned a few tricks for administering medicine to our little one that will be handy in the future.

By far the best urgent care experience we have had! We were in and out (as new patient walk-ins) within 30-45 minutes and were seen almost immediately. The front desk staff, our tech and provider were all wonderful with our toddler, and obviously well-versed in pediatric centered care. We could not recommend more highly.

We had a great experience at this pediatric urgent care. The staff was kind, patient, and very reassuring from the moment we walked in. They made sure our baby felt comfortable and calm, which says a lot, because my 8 month old was actually happy and smiling during the visit! The provider Caitlyn took her time, did a thorough exam and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt, compassionate care for their child.

I will start by saying that I like having a pediatric-specific urgent care on hand with extended hours. That is the only "positive". The fact that there is somewhere to go when the ped office is closed and you don't think you need the ER. Your experience will vary, depending on when you go, how busy it is, the provider you get, etc. In my opinion it was much better back when it was Night Lite. I feel that the quality has diminished. The main gripe with my most recent visit is the registration & check-in process. It is atrocious. Especially when you have a sick kid and you're already stressed. We've been seen here before and still had to start from scratch. You can "book a visit" online from home, and pick a time slot. Seems great right? Just walk in, and give them your insurance card. But

We’ve come here twice and both times have been great experiences. The staff was extremely nice and so engaging with my 3 year old making the appointment go very smooth. Would most definitely recommend!!
