PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We recently took our son in and were very pleased on how quickly and efficiently we were seen. I booked an appointment the morning of for an afternoon visit. It's easy to book but impossible to reschedule. The staf throughout were friendly. We got tests and check up done and were soon on our way home. Received the prescription notice very quickly as well. Will use again

Excellent service! Dr. Decuyper was very professional, patient, and truly listened to our concerns. She made us feel comfortable and took great care of patient . It was 10/29/2024 we are going back again today

I have been bringing my children here for many years since they were little until they turned 26. The doctors and nurses are almost always great and very caring with some of them familiar with us and very receptive! The administrative staff varies, many times being completely unhelpful. The security person usually well chosen and welcoming. Very short waiting times. Great extended hours. In general, extremely satisfied with the service, furthermore, I don't understand when I see children taken to urgent care places nearby that are dedicated to adults. Location is great, easy public transportation and there is a 24 hour pharmacy nearby.

Clinic is nice. The doctor who came to see my kid is good and so is the assistant. Front desk was just right. Wait time took its time. Waited for 45mins. I’m not sure how many came in before us but I’m sure I booked the earliest appointment for the day. Could’ve given three stars at least but the swab test result never came. They said it’ll be in my inbox the following day but up until now, nothing.

This is an excellent Pediatric urgent care, I wish I would have heard it before. After initial registration, the wait time was moderate. Most important is that availability of Pediatrician. We went there with our son, who had identified with rashes in his whole body. Paediatrician’s evaluation appeared to be correct by the PCP.
