PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I can’t recommend this urgent care enough! When we left, I actually had tears in my eyes because of how kind and caring everyone was with my son. The nurse greeted us and immediately made him feel comfortable—she noticed the book he was holding and started reading it with him while even singing a little. It meant so much to see someone take that extra time with him. Dr. Spanjer came in quickly and was incredible. He was patient, gentle with my son, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My son usually struggles with doctor visits, but he didn’t cry once. Even the receptionist was so warm and welcoming. I’m really grateful we found this place. I highly recommend them!

The medical staff was great, patient, efficient and explained everything for diagnosis and treatment. Took one star away for check in process, which took nearly 50 minutes due to wrong information in my child’s chart. While the person who was helping us through this was super nice and patient, it’s insane to have a kid sick with the flu, with an appointment to be seen, made to wait until the system can recognize you’ve arrived. Walk ins were getting in before us. The whole appt was 1 hour 45 minutes and it could’ve been cut in half.

It's always a pleasure taking my daughter here. We never wait long, the staff is courteous and understanding, and we always are made to feel that our needs are being met with respect. The provider and their staff made my daughter feel at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable even though she wasn't feeling well.

Friendly service. Doctors, PA and NP were very caring. They also checked my child throughly making sure if anything else was bothering him. The only thing I must I dislike was the check in. We made an appointment but to input all the information into the site was a nightmare it literally took us about an hour just to check in. But once we were checked in we attended right way. In my experience I walking in without an appointment is a lot faster than making an appointment and trying to check in.

I got what I needed (a simple rapid strep test and a prescription). But I had a Very very VERY long wait. Only ONE provider on staff and a clinic full of contagious pediatric patients who are already in pain and discomfort. The staff is nice but the management really needs to do a better job staffing their clinics.
