Plum Pediatrics

The office itself is beautiful and new, and the front desk staff were always very kind and welcoming during our visits. However, over the course of about a month, I brought my daughter in at least once a week for the same ongoing symptoms. Each visit resulted in a different diagnosis, such as an ear infection or other explanations, but no further testing was done. After switching practices and receiving proper testing elsewhere, we learned that my daughter had a severe upper respiratory infection that could have been addressed sooner with more thorough evaluation. While the staff were very nice, our experience felt limited to the bare minimum rather than a deeper investigation into her condition.

As a mom, I can’t say enough good things about Plum. During one of the hardest times for our family, the entire team wrapped us in care and compassion. They didn’t just treat my child, they cared for me too, making sure I felt heard, supported, and never alone. They staff went out of their way to show kindness at every visit. I’m so thankful we had Plum by our side when we needed it most.

Plum Pediatrics is amazing! The providers truly listen and care, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and family-friendly. They go above and beyond for kids and parents. I am so grateful to have them in our community!

The practice presented itself well, maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. However, I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a helpful and courteous representative who provided me with the cost. Upon arrival, though, the front desk receptionist displayed unprofessional behavior, chewing gum with her mouth open while assisting me, and then quoted a different amount. She knowingly stated that she knew who had given me the original cost, but claimed it was incorrect. This discrepancy was both annoying and inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Choose not to use the practice.

Love how friendly the staff is. Having a 2 year old who is still new to the doctors office can be overwhelming. The nurses were so gentle with her. Coming from a major city and not knowing the place, I thought it would be a little intimidating for her but the play rooms made her feel at home and seeing how friendly the nurse & doctor were with her. I can assure you that she will love coming back. The area is really neat and tidy. Definitely glad I chose here
