Pleasant View Health Care Center

They simply do NOT prioritize short term care patients nor do they care to. Staff from house keeping all the way up to nursing director are rude and lack accountability and communication skills. Do NOT send your loved one in need of short term physical rehabilitation here.

My Dad stayed there for about 10 days,and he said that he had a good experience. I visited him there doing that period,and the place seems to be a very good place.the girl working the front desk in the main lobby near the front door 🚪 was very nice and friendly. If I need a nursing 🧑‍🍼 rehab facility for myself or a family member or friend,I will definitely consider this place.😇

My 94 year old mother had fallen at home. Pleasantview is wonderful in rehabilitation. Her physical therapy team were the best. All the staff were kind and compassionate. Amber was extremely helpful as the social worker with her discharge.

A very dear friend of mine had to bring her husband here for a short time after a fall he had. The treatment he received at this facility was absolutely horrific. He left your care worse then he went in. Within an hour of being home he had to be taken to the hospital. The state will be notified of how this place is run. So please if you are thinking of putting a loved one here...DONT!!!!

After 8 days in the hosp recovering from Influenza A my mother was transfered to Pleasant View for rehabilitation. less than 24 hours later I removed her from this facility and took her home. She was not permitted out of her bed during her hosp stay because she is a fall risk, uses a walker at home and wheelchair when out of the home. The Pleasant View staff expected her to get out of bed and use the restroom without a walker and left her to clean herself unsupervised. When she asked for a phone to call me she was informed she would have to go to the front desk to call me. I will never recommend this facility for in house care. I am only giving one star because I have to in order to post this review.
