Pleasant Valley Nursing Center

My mom was here for 3 years, she always had good care. The staff was always friendly to us at visits.They seem to care about her health and wellbeing. We were always informed of any changes or concerns. Mom recently passed and I could not ask for more, they were very helpful and I am grateful for the care she received. She was very happy here.

I cant say enough about how positive and pleasant experience the staff at this facility has made the transition of my grandmother into their facility. Every staff member from director, admissions, nursing, finance, physical therapy have been so helpful and communication has been top notch. My grandmother is very happy, is enjoying the activities and the helpful kind staff. The facility is clean, quality food provided , fun activities for the residents and the atmosphere is fun, caring and filled with kindness.

In my mom's and families experience with this facility we had never a worry as to how she was being cared for. The staff was always informative and attentive to her care in our three years being there. She has passed and we feel it was the place that we were comfortable with. Thank you ❤️

I can't say enough nice things about Pleasant Valley Rehab. Mom had a terrible experience at another place and ended up hospitalized again. We had her taken here afterward for recovery and they have been the best! They have a friendly, amazing and genuinely caring team and she is finally recovering nicely. I highly recommend this place.

I went last week with a friend of my to visit his mother and let me tell you, this places is disgusting, the floors were filthy and the room where my friends mother is.. well I will just tell you it was so gross the floor was sticky and the bathroom smell very bad, I was sneezing all the time because there was so much dust..... I dont know what happened to that place but they must of change the people that were working there before, because I just saw a cleaner(male) with a housekeeping cart walking around doing nothing and wen my friend told him if he could clean the room apparently he didn't understood and only said ok and walked away it was very rude, hopefully they can get people that can actually keep this rooms clean so that the patient there don't get sick!!
