Went for an appointment today to see Britney for my initial appointment. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment no parking available in parking lot cars parking in additional parking a block over after walking up the street to get to the appointment waiting on the one working elevator to arrive to the location once in the office I stood there for five minutes while the receptionist reminisced with another patient making me more late once I arrive at the counter. I was told that I was too late for my appointment. They have a very strict 10 minutes past appointment time they can’t see you somehow they are parking availability and the Receptionist wanting to talk to the other patients is somehow my problem. They need to fix this issue, but it’s clear why their ratings are falling not sure

Dr. Moyer has been both my husband and my dermatologist for well over 10 years, he is very professional, but also extremely caring. Anytime I have a skin related issue I can contact the office and be assured of getting the very best of care from both he and his capable staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a top notch dermatologist.

The front desk team is always so welcoming and efficient. Dr Moyer is amazing. He listens and he is very thorough. My family has been patients with him for over 15 years.

This was one of the most enjoyable doctor's appointments I've been to in years. Every person I encountered was just wonderful. Friendly and unrushed, it was a pleasure.
