Excellent customer care. Especially with Ms. Trinity My 8 yr old son has anxiety around going to the dentist after bringing him to a family dentist who performed an unnecessary procedure. Pleasant Mill and all their employees have gone above and beyond to make sure that they help my son with his anxiety and give him the best possible care. Everyone is truly kind and skilled in what they do. Trinity went above and beyond with my son to engage with him, connect with him, and work through what was going to be done, so the anxiety was less present. Truly, can’t recommend this place enough

I had a wonderful experience at Pleasant Mill Pediatric Dentistry. I took my son here for an emergency dental issue and they were kind, patient, professional and extremely thorough. Dr. Katie took my concerns into consideration and took time to explain all of the options. We moved forward with treatment and Dr. Katie and the team went above and beyond to put my son at ease during the procedure. At one point they even sang to him! The environment is definitely pleasant and they very much live up to their name. She performed a procedure that another practice told me couldn't be done without him going under full anesthesia. Everything went smoothly and pretty quickly, which speaks to her level of expertise and skill. I'm truly grateful!

We are so lucky to go to Pleasant Mill. We had an after hours emergency and they provided to best care possible. They are always on time and the hygienists are amazing with my son. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience here during our first visit. Our son has had pretty severe dental anxiety in the past, but everybody at Pleasant Mill made the entire appointment so positive, welcoming, educational, and friendly. My son's appointment was a complete 180 from his previous visit at a different dentist. We couldn't be happier about transferring to Pleasant Mill, and I would gladly recommend PM to anyone looking.

This is the BEST pediatric dentistry office! All 3 providers are extremely capable, talented, and calming. They are great at interpreting each child’s individual personality to determine how best to handle/treat them. The assistants and hygienists go above and beyond to actually TALK to the kids and make the experience fun! Bonus - prize box and stickers!! Couldn’t recommend more.
